Your coach will take time to review all session notes, including all session recordings (all on-line sessions are recorded) prior to the scheduled session with you, so that your Coach is fully prepared and present during the session with you.

Last but not least, all session notes will be securely destroyed once your coaching journey with us is complete. This is because we value your privacy, trust, and confidence in us.
